The guy is a marketing genius, a kind and truly outstanding agent, and the friendliest person I've ever met. He's your extra set of eyes as well and he often sees or catches things most potential homebuyers miss such as potential water damage, poly B piping, old furnaces and water tanks, things that will need repair. Any time a person pays less than list price in a hot sellers' market, you must give credit to an outstanding agent!
